Nice piece, looks great, came with crush washer. I had to order Accuwashers to time this on my .357 lever gun because its was way off. Other than that it would be 5stars.

I have the 2 chamber brake on my AK 47 and now another on a S&W Response to in 9mm. Well made, nicely finished, very nice price. If I wind up with another threaded barrel rifle in the future,I'll order another one of these brakes for it.

I like it. It’s in a PSA AR-V, and it does what it’s designed to do. I certainly recommend it for a PCC or “pistol”.

Another MW Industry quality product. Got directions for how to orientate the crush washer. Installed and turned with 3/4 wrench. At stop the MB was clocked perfectly.

After checking out several different Muzzle Brakes on the market, I found the Midwest Brake to be the best value for the money. It is well made, a very good fit and function on my Ruger PC-9. Highly recommneded.

I have to say the machining on this part was done amazingly well it very much impressed me how well it fits and just the overall quality of it. This is a must buy if you're going to have any sort of threaded 9 mm. It's worth every penny when you hold it in your hand you take a look at it That is some serious well-made piece of metal. It fits my PC charger amazingly well.
