Illinois & Washington State Weapons Ban Update

Due to the recent legislation passed by Illinois lawmakers (House Bill 5471) and Washington State lawmakers (House Bill 1240), Midwest Industries is restricted from shipping products to Illinois & Washington State residents. We are monitoring these situations closely in hopes that this is overturned in short order

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $150 is only available using the USPS Priority Mail shipment method. Complete rifles, lower and upper receivers, select cases, and any FFL-related items do not qualify for free shipping. NOTE: Dealers and wholesalers are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Products

Due to an unprecedented increase in demand for our products, inventory may be limited or out-of-stock. Certain out-of-stock products are available for backorder. Once product inventory has been replenished. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped.

Payment Verification

In an effort to help reduce credit card fraud if your billing and shipping addresses do not match we will send you an email to notify you of the difference and ask for clarification of the different addresses.

Direct Ship Requirements

Due to UPS shipments being diverted by UPS My Choice members in transit then claimed as "missing" or "undelivered" customers are no longer able to change the delivery address on their packages. Our packages are direct ship to the shipping address only, if you have questions please contact us. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Order Fulfillment

Website orders are processed for fulfillment first thing each morning of every business day. Therefore orders received over the course of each day and night are not processed until the following morning. Orders for in-stock items will ship no sooner than the day after the order is placed. Please keep this in mind when selecting your preferred shipping method.

Please allow up to three business days for order processing and availability before contacting us. Please remember we are all on the same side in supporting our second amendment rights and rest assured we are doing our best to serve you, our loyal customers. Shipping Options

Items will ship via your selected shipping method. We will do so via USPS Priority. UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd-Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and U.S.P.S. are also available.

UPS 3-Day Select = 3 business days in transit from the day the order is SHIPPED (not from when it is placed)

UPS 2nd-Day Air = 2 business days in transit from the day the order is SHIPPED (not from when it is placed)

UPS Next Day Air = Will deliver the next business from the day the order is SHIPPED (not from when it is placed)

All orders placed on Thursday afternoon after 2 p.m. CST or Friday morning before 9 a.m. CST with Next Day Air delivery selected may not be processed until the following business day. The package delivery will not be scheduled until Monday. For example, if you order before 2 p.m. CST on Thursday your order may be shipped on Thursday and be received on Friday. If you order after 2 p.m. Thursday your order may not be processed until Friday and you will receive it on Monday. If you have questions about scheduled delivery please contact us.

As long as all the parts ordered are in-stock, expedited orders submitted before 9:00 a.m. CST will go out Next Day Air, 2nd-Day or 3-Day Select that business day. An expedited order received after 9:00 a.m. CST will go out the next business day, as long as all the parts are in-stock.

Please note that we have been experiencing delays in shipping due to restrictions from our shipping companies. Because of this, we are not able to guarantee delivery times with any expedited shipping (ie next day, two-day, and three-day shipping options). Next day, two-day, and three-day deliveries are business days. Weekends are not included. Ensure someone is at the address to sign for the package if a signature is required. Partial Shipments

If you ordered a backordered item, an email will be sent as soon as possible with the expected lead time. Midwest Industries will hold items until ALL are available to ship unless requested otherwise.

Product-specific Requirements

Optic purchases may require a copy of a government issued photo ID, that matches the billing and shipping information. We will not ship to a different shipping address, no exemptions.

International Shipments

Midwest Industries does NOT ship internationally for its retail customers. If you are a retail consumer looking to purchase our products, please contact your local firearms accessories supplier for details on how to receive our products in your country.

For all international companies and governments, please contact us via our Contact Us form. We will be able to connect you with our qualified partners who can work to export our products to your country.

Additional Information

Shipping policies apply to all customer orders regardless of whether we receive the order via phone, letter, fax, or through our website.

Our shipping charge for shipments via USPS to a Post Office box will be determined and consist of USPS fees. Customers are responsible for freight charges on all refused shipments and reshipped orders.

Credit Card Payment: Midwest Industries, Inc. does not charge your credit card until the merchandise ships.

Large orders may require a signature upon delivery.
