Midwest Industries Warranty & Return Guidelines

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Midwest Industries, Inc. stands behind every item we produce. If you are the original purchaser and your Midwest Industries product fails due to a manufacturing, assembly, or material defect, and you have not modified or abused the item, we will offer a replacement, fix, or store credit.

Modification or alteration of these parts, including custom coatings, voids all factory warranties. We are not responsible for items intentionally/accidentally damaged or destroyed, or products damaged by abuse/poor maintenance. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part or parts which are returned to Midwest Industries, Inc. and are determined by Midwest Industries, Inc. to be defective. This warranty, made to the original owner/purchaser, is not transferable. The following circumstances are excluded and subject to determination by Midwest Industries for any warranty:

  1. Normal wear of product finishes and of all metal or plastic parts.
  2. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repair or modification.
  3. Discontinued items that are not currently being produced.

All warranty determinations are subject to Midwest Industries, Inc.'s discretion and we reserve the right to refuse assistance if necessary. 

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please start by filling out our Return Form which can be found in your "Account" view under the "Orders" tab. Click on the "Return Items?" link to initiate the process. Once your Return Form is submitted, you will be prompted with a set of instructions. You can monitor the status of your return(s) under the "Returns" tab in your "Account" view.

NOTE: Please DO NOT ship your product until you've received a "Return Authorized" confirmation email. If approved, you will receive an email with an RMA number and a Return Request Form that you will need to complete and include with your returned product. Also, be sure include a printed copy of your purchase invoice if possible.

Return Policy

Midwest Industries, Inc. offers a 60-day refund policy. After 60 days, any returns found to be defective will be warrantied as an even exchange. You MUST return the product to where you purchased it from.

Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. All firearm sales are final. Products that are not subject to returns are rifles, upper receivers, lower receivers, clearance items, custom products, modified products, special orders, and items sold “as is” or “used.” Complementary products (i.e. products not manufactured by Midwest Industries) if unused and in the original sealed packaging, can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the packaging has been opened or damaged; the unused product may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that if you are experiencing issues with any complementary products, we will insist that you work directly with the manufacturer of the item first.

When you are returning merchandise, be sure to include your original invoice and/or your order confirmation number with your product. Returns, refunds, and exchanges can take up to two weeks, not including transit times. We also recommend that you use a shipping carrier that offers tracking numbers and that you place the full value of insurance on the parcels. Midwest Industries, Inc. is not responsible for any packages that are lost while in transit.


Be sure to inspect your firearm or lower receiver before accepting the transfer. Any firearm or lower receiver that has not been transferred will be eligible for return but may incur a restocking fee of 15%. NO returns will be allowed once the firearm or lower receiver is transferred to “you,” the buyer. ALL firearm and lower receiver sales are final. Midwest Industries' rifles and lower receivers are made in the USA and covered under our limited lifetime warranty.
