I couldn’t be happier with this 8” Midwest Industries MPX handguard. The machining and overall quality are outstanding. The finish is flawless, the edges are perfectly smooth with no sharp spots anywhere, and it gives the pistol a much more premium feel than the factory handguard. Installation was simple, and the fit was absolutely perfect with zero movement or play. It lines up perfectly with the upper receiver rail and looks like it came from the factory. One of the biggest improvements is the M-LOK layout. Unlike the stock SIG handguard that only has a single center row of M-LOK slots, this handguard adds multiple mounting positions around the sides and bottom, giving you far more flexibility for lights, hand stops, sling mounts, and other accessories. That extra versatility alone makes it a worthwhile upgrade. The longer 8” length also provides a much better support-hand grip and gives the pistol a cleaner, more balanced appearance. If you’re looking for the best handguard upgrade for a SIG MPX, this is it. Excellent quality, perfect fit, smooth machining, and a huge improvement over the factory handguard. I have a 8" mpx and recently purchased a sub9 and wanted to get rid of that gap so I bought the 10.5 to to get some extra rail space and style points. I thought it might feel bulky but is way more comfortable than the stock handguard.

Purchased an 8” handguard for my MPX sbr. The finish and shape are perfect. I just wish it fit a little tighter. It has a small amount of vertical wobble. The factory handgaurd has zero wobble. This is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Fits perfect, looks awesome! Easy installation. Just waiting for my Rugged Sub 9 to see if it will tuck into it. 1.73” into stated 1.8” opening.
