This was the best investment made for my Kel Tec Sub 2000. I was impressed at the overall quality and ease of installation. This whole system works as advertised. Can't miss option.

5 Great Mount
Posted by Binor on May 31st 2019
If you own a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 Gen 2 you have to buy this mount. I added a Vortex Crossfire to the mount , and it is sweet. The mount is strong and fits like a glove. Great mount Midwest, keep up the good work !!

5 Awesome Mount!!
Posted by ALAN MIDDLETON on May 31st 2019
Great mount for those that want to use a cheaper optic with a picatinny rail. Works great wit m y Bushnell TRS-25. I didn't want to pay the price of an Aimpoint optic for the Sub 2000. This is definitely the way to go. Mount works great!!

5 Reflex mount
Posted by 250savage on Feb 28th 2019
This thing really works ... I think ... after mounting it I only got to put 18 rounds through it, then the receiver broke on my sub2000 and I was left holding the trigger guard in my hand. Has nothing to do with the midwest industries picatinny mount, however, which seems to be an awesome accessory for this firearm.... time will tell after Keltec gets it repaired and back to me.

5 Rock solid optic mount for Sub2000
Posted by TCM on Feb 28th 2019
Mounts up rock solid, easy installation. The optic mount is about 1.5" higher than the iron sights, for me it make it much quicker to acquire the target.

5 My thoughts....
Posted by Daniel Schnorrenberg on Jan 30th 2019
I bought the combo with the PA Microdot and feel like it was the perfect compliment to this weapon. It allows the Sub2000 to maintain its intended purpose to be folded and super compact. This unit has maintained zero with every use. Allows super fast target acquisition and took a whole 30 minutes to install. Awesome solution, nothing hangs out snagging points when folded. A well thought out solution, definitely recommend it.

5 The Must Have for Your Sub 2000 Gen2
Posted by Erwin Forbragd on Dec 12th 2018
I love my Sub 2000 Gen2. All on its own it is a bargain for the price. The convenience factor of being able to fold it and put it in a small day pack or PC bag makes it a convenient truck gun, backpack gun and just plain fun gun! Only one thing was lacking, and that was an optic mount that I could leave on it all the time. Then I saw MI's optic mount in a review on the Military Arms Channel. I thought, wow, that's cool but it only takes high end red dots and would it really work. Then MI comes out with a picatinny rail version I could put my TRS-25 on and I was sold. I ordered it, installed it in less than ten minutes and took it out to try. It just works! It holds zero at 50 yards no matter how many times I twist it, turn it, stow and unfold it. I didn't throw it on the ground like the guy on MAC but I am thinking it might handle that too. This is a great product that delivers exactly what they say it does. Buy one and you will not regret it.

5 Sub2000 optic mount
Posted by Jim on Oct 31st 2018
Nice product for the Kel-Tec Sub 2000. It takes a little to get use to. But it mostly definitely beats using the stock sight on the gun. Also it will take you a little extra time for adjusting your red dot. Due to it sitting so high above the barrel. It’s a good product!
