its well designed and i love it except for the height is a little short cuts off the top of my "iron" sights on the gun but im still able to use them just not as well as before so i just turn the scope to use them. id recommend like 1/4th of an inch higher just to be safe

I never wanted to mount a red dot because I would lose the ability to fold and store the Sub2K in a bag but that all changed when I saw this. It seems expensive but it is without a doubt worth every penny. Just like everything els MI makes it is very high quality and well engineered to fit a specific need and it does it perfectly. I highly recommend to anyone who has been on the fence about getting one!

Seems solid. I mounted it further forward than the instructions said.......where I mounted it the charging handle does not come in contact with my optics. No nylon cord required. Is there a reason not to mount it where I did? Been to the range twice with it........works as advertised......keeping my fingers crossed that it continues....

Like the title says, it is a solid unit, well made. I remounted it several times (M-Lok and rail) with a Vortex Sparc, Sig Romeo and a Bushnell red dots and all seem to max out the vertical "up"adjustment. I think the design should have incorporated a better angle so most sights would be midrange adjusted at 25 yards.
