5 My go to gas block
Posted by Rick on Oct 26th 2023
I have been building ARs since the 1980s with several different gas blocks. When I have tried every trick I know to get another brand to work I will usually come back to my actual favorite...three screws Midwest Industries steel. Mainly because it just plain works , it's tough and it's never let me down.

Outstanding fit and finish. Fit like a glove on my Rock River HBar. Easy assembly. Could not be happier, would buy again and highly recommend !

5 Solid As They Get
Posted by RGCGFMT on Feb 8th 2021
Converted an old 20" Bushmaster National Match barrel with a pinned FSB for use with a 15-inch MI G3 M-LOK handguard. Works great. Barrel and gas tube fit is perfect, machining looks great, finish is uniform, three set screw attachment is solid. Not a single damn thing to complain about. Thanks for doing what you do, MI. Appreciate ya'll.

5 .625 gas block
Posted by John M. on Jul 30th 2020
Perfect pairing with the 18" lightweight barrel I had purchased. Very snug fit and no indication of any gas leak found after range session. Gunsmith friend advised me that this is his favorite gas block when he builds AR's for customers.

5 Very nice

I really like this gas block, it's stout without being too large. It fits the MI rails without issue which incidentally, is the rail I prefer.

The installation was easy it came with clear instructions and the quality is top notch. It was very nice tolerances. I think you can't get better for your buck.

4 Nice gas block

Could be a touch smaller but still fits just right under rail and the Midwest gas tube and barrel all fit together perfectly.

5 You can't go wrong here

Nice gas block. The 3 set screws will grip the barrel HARD - no chance of it coming unaligned. My only gripe is that its set screw hole centers are not the standard .50, .46, .45 because of there being 3 instead of the typical 2.
