I ended up buying three different barrel nuts before finding this one to fit a DPMS LR308-AP4 (First Generation). Believe me, if it doesn't have "teeth" at one end and the proper thread pattern it's NOT going to fit the LR308. Midwest Industries barrel nut fit snuggly and was the least expensive of the three barrel nuts. Worked like a charm ! Thanks guys !
