Machining, fit and finish are second to none. Phosphate finish is lighter than the melonite on my barrel. It's an AK... who cares?
Brake "hit bottom" on my PSAK-47 ~ 12deg before reaching correct timing on my muzzle threads. Careful torquing in a vice got it the rest of the way to timed, the detent pin popped in perfectly. Result: correctly timed brake with absolutely NO slop or wobble.
Performance is as advertised. Reduces muzzle climb and felt recoil appreciably.
It's a 2-chamber lateral-directed brake... it will punish bystanders to your left & right. I don't worry about that. I know of only one brake that mitigates this issue, and it requires an extra bolt-on piece of hardware. The positive result to me as a shooter is worth the side blast. Never mind the effects at a range. If I'm using this in a no-kidding environment, I'm unconcerned about bystanders' opinions.
Bottom line: excellent quality and performance at a very reasonable price. Thanks for getting this on the market.
